Let TCP manage the photography workflow of your next event. Our professional photographers use full frame DSLR cameras with back up equipment.  You can be confident that you're hiring the event photographer that gets the right shots without disturbing or interrupting your guests. We will arrive at least 1 hour prior to the start of your event to ensure we have access to all of the areas that you would like photographed. Our photographers wear black formal attire to blend in to any event. Our event photographers roam the event and take candid and posed photos of your guests and various shots of your venue, food and entertainment. 

 

TCP Event Photography Packages

 

2 Hours-  $300          100-200 color corrected images,   DVD provided to customer after event,   Copyright Release

3 Hours-  $400          200-300 color corrected images,   DVD provided to customer after event,   Copyright Release

4 Hours-  $600          300-400 color corrected images,   DVD provided to customer after event,   Copyright Release

Additional Hours:      $100/hr

 

 

 

On-Site Event Printing:

Print stations can be set up at any event using just a 6ft by 3ft area. TCP will print out images taken of your guests by our photographer. We only use high quality DNP printers to ensure the best quality prints. Images print in under 10 seconds to prevent any lines. 

 

Option #1:   Photos captured of guests can be wirelessly sent to our print station for instant printing

Option: #2:  Barcode receipts are given to the guest right after the photo is taken. The guest can scan and print their image at the print station during the event or when they leave.

Option #3: QR codes are printed on a receipt so the guest can retrieve/download the image instantly from their smart phone (coming Summer 2017).

 

 

 

TCP can also stream photos to a large screen or multiple monitors throughout your event.
